Police were called Wednesday evening after a resident discovered two frozen pizzas were stolen out of the freezer.

One or more suspects forced their way through the back door of the home and, not only took the two pizzas, but cooked and ate them inside the victim's residence, said Lt. Don Hedrick of the Rapid City Police Department.

The call came at 5:15 p.m. from a home on St. Andrew Street, he said. The caller was not home when the pizzas were stolen.

We all have to take steps to protect ourselves. our families and our property. The PD probably won't be there when you need them the most. They will come after its over, in many cases. Rest assured, there is a file with your name on it though. be happy that is all that was taken. Statistics indicate that they will be back. Be ready.

See if he is at "Willies" too. Very typical here. Unless you catch these clowns in the act, (in which now the victim took it too far and faces charges), then it's too late and these fools get away as usual. I have pizzas in my house and I do invite these guys to come by for a SLICE!

Ummm maybe R&D detectives should be looking for the people who stole my car?? I didn't get a call back from the detective so finally after a few days called and he told me "we'll probably never find them" end of story. No sorry I didn't call you, no we did fingerprints, nothing. Just an arrogant "we're going to do nothing." What a joke.
